Due to the large number of calls we receive, we use a phone tree to properly direct them. All of the following extensions will contact one of our employees. If they do not answer, just leave a message! They will get back to you as soon as they can.

Extension 2: For maintenance questions, press 2 at any time. To submit a maintenance request, log in here.

Kacey at Extension 3: Kacey can help tenants with questions about your account balance, collections, info on rental assistance, renters insurance or move-out. Also, property owners with billing questions should use this extension.

Extension 4: If you are a property owner inquiring about our management services, press 4.

Karen at Extension 5: Contact Karen with questions regarding your application, approval, current lease, lease changes, and renewing your lease. If you have a complaint, use this extension.
