When will I get paid?

Owners are paid via Direct Deposit on the 10th and 20th of the month.

What about Evictions?

The Eviction Process is the most expensive and stressful situation you can face. We handle this process from start to finish.

How do you handle late payments?

Late fees are automatically applied 5 days after the rent due date.

What about pets?

Pets are up to the individual owner’s desires as to whether you allow pets or not.

What if I already have a tenant?

Change is easily made and tenants are unaffected.

What about inspections?

All inspection and inspection paperwork is handled for you.

What if I want to switch management companies?

No Problem. All we need is a copy of the lease and tenants’ contact information and we take from there.
