How will I know which properties are available?

Please visit our website and click on the tab at the top that says “Find Rentals“. If the property is listed there, it is still available or will be available soon. We process applications in the order they come in. If the property gets rented before your application is processed, we can refund your fee. We can also just transfer your application to another property.

How do I know if I qualify for a house or an apartment?

The only way to really know is to fill out an application which you can do online. The basic minimum financial guideline is that an applicant (or applicants) should make at least 3 times the rent per month (altogether). If the rent is $1000 you should have a verifiable income of at least $3000 per month. We also typically look for a credit score of 600 or more.

How do I fill out an application?

To fill out an application online, simply go to our website and click “Find Rentals“. Scroll down to find our available properties, and click on “View Details” to see photos and details regarding utilities, pet policies, and more. Simply click “Apply Now” to begin our application. There is a $35 application fee. Please fill out the application as completely as possible so we can process your information in a timely manner. How can I view the inside of a property?

What do I need before we get the keys?

If you are approved for the property, you must pay a holding fee within 24 hours in order to hold the property for 30 days. The Holding Fee usually equals one month’s rent. This allows you time to finish the move-in process. You must sign the lease and pay the first month’s rent. If you have a pet you will be required to pay an additional fee. We will also need the account numbers from all utility companies showing that accounts were switched to your name.
