Our online application process enables us to review potential tenants and perform required credit and national background checks. Requirements to become a tenant include a verifiable monthly income of approximately 3 times the rent and employment history. Applicants must show a credit history and meet credit score requirements and provide Landlord references along with 3 years of residential history. Applicants cannot have a criminal record, be on parole or have had any evictions within the last 7 years.
