Unfortunately, we do not have paper applications. If you do not have internet access, you could try your local library.
If you disagree with your determination, there is a help number on the denial form that we sent to you. You can dispute some of the information found on your credit and background through that number.
Have you checked your email/text? Someone will contact you in writing for both approvals and denials. Otherwise, Karen is the person you would need to speak with, she is at ext 5.
Approvals and denials are dependent on your application as a whole, considering income, employment, credit score, rental history and other factors. We love to see credit scores above 650, but we understand that’s not always possible. If your credit score comes back as lower than 650 but higher than 550, you can still rent from us if the rest of your application is acceptable. However, there will be a monthly mitigation fee*. If your credit score is lower than 600, we will also require a double deposit.

Starting 8/14/2024 ALL applicants, those who have animals and those who don’t, must report their animal status using the link provided at the completion of your application. Keep in mind there are deposit and payment requirements for pets.
