Date you are moving out
The lease renews on a monthly basis. We do not prorate the last month’s rent. Please read over your lease. You are required to return the home empty and in a clean condition. Cleaning will NOT be considered normal wear under any circumstances. If the home is not satisfactorily cleaned, trash or abandoned items and/or any tenant damage, charges will be deducted from your security deposit. Minimum Cleaning Charges, Trash Removal, and Yard Clean Up start at $100.00.
The forwarding address is absolutely necessary to process your security deposit. If you don’t know it now, you MUST email firstname.lastname@example.org when you do.

✓ Empty the property of ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
✓ Mop, Sweep, and Vacuum the entire property.
✓ Clean thoroughly especially bathrooms and kitchens, as well as all appliances (inside ovens and
✓ Plan for removal of ALL TRASH, and any unwanted items and debris. If you live at a property that has a
dumpster that is not for anything other than weekly trash in a bag. NO FURNITURE or MATTRESSES.
✓ Report ALL DAMAGE.
✓ Pay ALL rental payments in full.
✓ Schedule shut off of all utilities and Pay ALL Utility bills in full.
✓ Fill Oil/Propane Tank to the amount at the time of move-in. Please refer to your lease.
✓ Mow the lawn, and clean any dog waste in the yard.
✓ Forward your mail.
✓ Leave the Property Secured. Return ALL keys to Compass Property Mgmt. LLC.
Please Note: The office is closed and open by appointment only. You do NOT need to make an appointment. Drop the keys off in the drop box located at the door (mail slot) please put them in an envelope with your name and the property address.
DO NOT MAIL KEYS THROUGH THE US MAIL.
DO NOT LOCK THE KEYS INSIDE THE UNIT.
Rent is charged until the keys are received.
